Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Bible Verse Alarm (“the app”) is built to respect your privacy. We work with a small number of trusted service providers to run the app and understand how it’s used, described below — but we never track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and there are no accounts or third-party advertising SDKs.

What we collect

We use PostHog to understand how people use the app (which screens you visit, whether you finish setup, whether a wake-up mission is completed) and RevenueCat to manage your subscription. Neither is used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA). If you arrived from an Apple Search Ads ad, Apple tells us which campaign — never who you are.

Your alarms, verses and progress stay on your device.

What data the app stores

Everything the app remembers is stored only on your device:

This information lives in your device’s local storage (Apple’s on-device UserDefaults and app database). It never leaves your iPhone, and we never see it. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

Device permissions

The app asks for certain permissions only to run wake-up missions, and only uses them on your device in the moment:

All of these are optional. You can use the app’s core alarm and puzzle features without granting any of them.

No tracking, no advertising

The app contains no advertising SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. To request or delete the limited usage and subscription data described above, email us at the address below.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children beyond the anonymous usage and subscription data described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
